Absolutely wonderful stay!
genuine smileaccommodating toneexciting tour
Herbert, the bellman, greeted us with a very genuine smile and accommodating tone. Made a real impact. Kenneth, our abra boat guide, explained the scenery with enthusiasm. He related everything based on his work experience. The abra tour was really exciting!!! I thank them both.
The room service was not optimal. We had to call a few times for extra amenities.

The breakfast buffet presented a huge variety. There was something to suit every palate and dietary need. Fresh juices and pastries were plentiful. The presentation was also perfect. I felt completely satisfied.

The hotel gave easy access to a pristine beach. It also offered clear views of local landmarks. Getting around was easy thanks to the frequent buggy service. I never waited more than a few minutes.

Excellent Service and Luxurious Comfort!!!

Our room was ready upon arrival, which I appreciated after an overnight flight. We quickly accessed the beach. I booked the Palace Club room. The staff could not have looked after us any better. Breakfast in La Promenade was amazing. Staff remembered our drink preferences after just one day.
I was disappointed with the onsite hairdressers. The price quoted initially differed greatly from the final charge. I feel the hairdresser didn't fully understand English, and my haircut felt rushed. I am not happy with the result.

The staff were very helpful, especially the lads out front and saeed from the lobby. He was a very pleasant and friendly person.
I had issues with the cleaner assigned to my room. The cleaning was not properly done. the room service was performed at an inconvenient time, even after i specified a time (i told him to come after a certain time, but on two consecutive days he came at an inconvenient time). dinner buffet had a very poor range and quality. i found the buggy service unreliable because it is shared between hotels. I waited 20 minutes to return to the hotel from the gym.
